摘 要:目的:探讨多感官训练联合音乐治疗在脑瘫(CP)患儿高压氧治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2022年2月在山西省儿童医院康复科接受治疗的42例CP患儿为观察组,另选取2016年1月至2019年1月收治的40例CP患儿为对照组,均接受高压氧联合音乐治疗,共6个疗程。观察组患儿在此基础上联合多感官训练。采用符号与指示内容关系法评估患儿治疗前后的语言发育水平,对比2组患儿的临床疗效、治疗前后的总发育商。结果:观察组患儿的临床疗效为92.86%(39/42)明显高于对照组[77.50%(31/40)],差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。随着治疗的进展,2组患儿的总发育商水平呈升高趋势,且观察组患儿治疗4、6个疗程后的总发育商水平均高于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:高压氧治疗CP患儿时,结合多感官训练联合音乐治疗的临床疗效高于单纯结合音乐治疗,可提高CP患儿的语言发育和总发育商水平。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of multi-sensory training combined with music therapy on hyperbaric oxygen therapy on children with cerebral palsy(CP).MethodsA total of 42 children with CP treated in Children’s Hospital of Shanxi from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected into observation group,and another 40 children with CP treated in the same department from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected into control group,all of whom received hyperbaric oxygen combined with music therapy for six courses.The observation group received multi-sensory training on the basis of the treatments of the control group.The language development level of the children before and after treatment was evaluated by symbol and indicative content relationship method,and the clinical efficacy and total developmental quotient before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe clinical efficacy of children in the observation group[92.86%(39/42)]was higher than that in the control group[77.50%(31/40)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the progress of treatment,the total developmental quotient of the children in the two groups showed an increasing trend,and the total developmental quotient of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after four and six courses of treatment,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).ConclusionWhen hyperbaric oxygen is applied to treat children with CP,the clinical efficacy of the treatment combined with multi-sensory training and music therapy is higher than that of the treatment combined with music therapy alone,which can improve language development and total developmental quotient of children with CP.
