摘　　要：目的:客观公正地评估医院综合实力,识别医疗服务中存在的问题,为提升医院医疗服务能力与质量安全提供有效的解决方案。方法:选取重庆市29家三级医院4年的数据作为样本,建立医疗质量评价指标体系和相应的评价模型,并进行了实验验证和系统实现。结果:建立了重庆市医院医疗质量三级评价指标体系和医院综合实力评估模型,并进行了系统实现,可作为医院评审评价的参考依据。结论:医院评价模型设计结构合理、内容完整,并且结果可靠。能够全面、客观地评估医院的发展水平,并为未来开展等级医院评审实践工作提供了充分的准备工作。Objective To objectively and impartially evaluate the comprehensive strength of hospitals and identify the problems existing in medical services,so as to provide effective solutions for improving the capacity,quality and safety of hospital medical services.Methods The data of 29 tertiary hospitals in Chongqing for 4 years were selected as samples to establish the medical quality evaluation index system and the corresponding evaluation model,and the experimental verification and system implementation were carried out.Results The three-level evaluation index system of medical quality of Chongqing hospitals and the comprehensive strength evaluation model of hospitals were established and systematically implemented,which can be used as reference for hospital accreditation and evaluation.Conclusion The hospital evaluation model was designed with reasonable structure and complete content,and the results were reliable.It can comprehensively and objectively evaluate the development level of hospitals and provide sufficient preparation for the practice of grading hospital evaluation in the future.
