摘　　要：该文通过对畜禽种业政策保障、畜禽遗传资源保护、畜禽良种繁育推广等内容的研究,阐述了吉林省畜禽种业发展现状,分析了吉林省畜禽种业发展中存在的资源保护与开发利用不够、育种体系建设与运行能力不足、品种培育体制机制不完善等问题,提出了建立畜禽种业产业园区、构建特色保护基地、搭建畜禽种业创新创业平台等诸多加快种业振兴的对策建议,以期为吉林省畜禽种业发展提供参考与借鉴。In this paper,through the research on the policy guarantee of livestock and poultry seed industry,the protection of livestock and poultry genetic resources,the breeding and promotion of livestock and poultry improved varieties,the development status of livestock and poultry seed industry in Jilin Province was expounded,and the problems existing in the development of livestock and poultry seed industry in Jilin Province were analyzed,such as insufficient resource protection and development and utilization,insufficient breeding system construction and operation ability,and imperfect variety cultivation system and mechanism.The coun termeasures and suggestions for accelerating the revitalization of the seed industry were put forward,such as establishing the industrial park for the livestock and poultry seed industry,constructing the characteristic protection base,and building the innovation and entrepreneurship platform of the livestock and poultry seed industry,to provide a reference for the development of livestock and poultry seed industry in Jilin Province.
