胶束毛细管电泳分离分析积雪草及其制剂中的4种三萜类有效成分

摘　　要：以pH=9.72的40%甲醇-16 mmol/L SDS-20 mmol/L硼砂溶液作为隐运行电解质,在分离电压25 kV,进样时间7 s,进样压力3447.38 Pa(0.5 psi),柱温25℃,PDA检测波长214 nm的仪器条件下,建立了一种胶束毛细管电泳法,能同时分离分析积雪草及其制剂中的羟基积雪草苷、积雪草苷、羟基积雪草酸和积雪草酸4种三萜类有效成分.运用此方法分析测定积雪草及其制剂中的4种三萜类有效成分的含量,加标回收率90%~110%,相对标准偏差均不超过5%.A micellar capillary electrophoresis method was established by setting the electrolyte solution as 40%methanol-16 mmol/L SDS-20 mmol/L borax solution(pH=9.72),the separation voltage as 25 kV,the sampling pressure as 0.5 psi for 7 s,the column temperature as 25℃,and the detection wavelength of PDA as 214 nm.Four kinds of triterpenes,including hydroxy asiaticoside,hydroxy niucoside and niucoside,in Centella Asiatica and its preparation,can be separated and analyzed simultaneously.The method has good reproducibility,high accuracy and good linear relationship.This method was used to analyze and determine the contents of four triterpenoids in Centella Asiatica and its preparations.The recoveries were in the range of 90%-110%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 5%.
