摘　　要：2022年,重庆市人民政府办公厅印发《重庆市软件和信息服务业“满天星”行动计划(2022—2025年)》。作为重庆市软件产业发展的排头兵和主战场,重庆两江软件园高质量发展至关重要。本文通过运用SWOT态势分析模型,分析了重庆两江软件园软件产业发展存在的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,并从载体建设、政策支持、资本培育、人才引育等方面提出了发展对策,旨在为促进当地软件产业发展、争创中国软件名园提供借鉴意义。In 2022,the Chongqing Municipal People's Government issued the“Chongqing Software and Information Service Industry'Full of Stars'Action Plan(2022—2025)”.As the vanguard and main battlefield of the development of Chongqing's software industry,the high-quality development of Chongqing Liangjiang Software Park holds great importance.This paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the development of the software industry in Chongqing Liangjiang Software Park using the SWOT situation analysis model and proposes development countermeasures focusing on carrier construction,policy support,capital cultivation,and talent introduction.This aims to provide guidance for promoting the development of the local software industry and striving to become a renowned software park in China.
