摘 要:为积极适应经济发展需要,我国大力发展户内紧凑型特高压交流气体绝缘变电站。该变电站既提升了土地利用效率[1],增强了电网供电容量,也有效地缓解了用电紧张,促进了经济发展[2]。本文对交流GIS设备安装工程成本管理存在问题进行深入分析,制定交流GIS设备安装工程工作分解结构(WBS)[3],通过对不同月份的挣得值分析,得出影响工程项目成本的偏差因素,提出完善优化措施。In order to actively adapt to the needs of economic development,China vigorously develops indoor compact ultra-high voltage alternating current gas insulated substation(GIS).This substation improves land use efficiency[1],enhances the power supply capacity of the power grid,effectively alleviates the power utilization shortage,and promotes economic development[2].This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the existing problems in the cost management of alternating current GIS equipment installation projects,formulates the work breakdown structure(WBS)of alternating current GIS equipment installation projects[3],obtains the deviation factors affecting the cost of engineering projects through the earned value analysis at different months,and proposes improvement and optimization measures.
