信息时代高校档案管理工作现状分析及对策探究

摘　　要：在信息时代下,对于高校档案管理工作而言,机遇与挑战并存,困难与希望并存。本文从信息技术应用、档案管理制度、档案文化建设、档案人才队伍等4个方面进行了现状调查并剖析存在的问题,提出构建完善的档案管理制度体系、运用信息技术加强档案文化建设、组建信息技术复合型档案人才队伍、应用信息技术打造特色管理模式等措施,通过信息技术的手段,进一步提升高校档案管理工作水平。In the information age,opportunities and challenges coexist,difficulties and hopes also coexist for the archives management in colleges and universities.This paper investigates the current situation and analyzes the existing problems from four aspects:information technology application,archives management system,archives culture construction,and archives talent team,and puts forward measures such as building a perfect archives management system,using information technology to strengthen the construction of archives culture,forming an information technology compound archives talent team,and applying information technology to create a characteristic management model,so as to further improve the level of archives management in colleges and universities through the means of information technology.
