摘　　要：随着电力需求的日益增加,电力送电线路建设项目也越来越重要。在电力送电线路施工项目中,有效的项目管理是非常关键的。只有通过科学的项目管理方法,才能够实现工期的控制、质量的保证以及安全的保障。本文从电力送电线路施工项目的特点入手,分析送电线路施工项目管理的必要性以及方法,并探讨电力送电线路施工项目管理中可能遇到的问题和应对策略。With the increasing demand for electricity,the construction project of power transmission lines becomes increasingly important.Effective project management is crucial in power transmission line construction projects.Only through scientific project management methods,the control of the construction period,the guarantee of quality and the guarantee of safety can be achieved.This paper firstly introduces the characteristics of power transmission line construction projects,then analyzes the necessity and methods of power transmission line construction project management,and discusses the possible problems and coping strategies in power transmission line construction project management.
