摘　　要：在建筑工程建设施工中,地下室作为重要的施工组成部分,而且也是渗漏问题常见的区域,因此开展地下室施工期间需要密切关注。在建筑施工时,经常会发生地下室渗漏现象,其影响因素包括设计因素、施工因素、材料因素等。为避免该问题的出现,本文探讨如何做好防水设计、严控材料质量、加强防水混凝土与防水卷材管理等,以期为落实地下室防水施工提供参考。In the construction engineering,the basement is an important part of the construction and is also a common area for leakage,so it is necessary to pay close attention to the basement construction.During the construction,basement leakage often occurs,and its influencing factors include design factors,construction factors,and material factors.In order to avoid this problem,this paper discusses how to perform well in waterproof design,strictly control the quality of materials,and strengthen the management of waterproof concrete and waterproof materials,so as to provide a reference for the implementation of basement waterproof construction.
