摘　　要：水资源是人类生活和城市运行的基础,然而,随着人口增长、气候变化和水资源污染等因素的影响,许多城市面临着水资源匮乏和水环境问题。如何在有限的水资源条件下合理规划和管理城市排水系统,成为亟待解决的难题。基于此,本文对于水资源约束下的城市排水规划与管理展开探讨,以期为解决城市排水问题提供有价值的指导。Water resources are the basis of human life and urban operation.However,with the influence of factors such as population growth,climate change and water resource pollution,many cities are facing water resource scarcity and water environment problems.How to reasonably plan and manage the urban drainage system under the limited water resource condition has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the urban drainage planning and management under water resource constraints,so as to provide valuable guidance for solving urban drainage problems.
