摘　　要：目的探讨"互联网+"延续性护理对肱骨髁上骨折儿童生活质量的影响。方法选择2022年1月至12月深圳市儿童医院收治的370例肱骨髁上骨折患儿为研究对象。采用随机便利抽样法分为对照组和观察组, 每组185例。对照组予以常规护理干预+电话随访, 观察组在常规护理干预的基础上加以"互联网+"延续性护理干预。比较两组术前禁食禁饮执行准确率、术后针道感染率、患肢肘关节活动度以及患儿术后生活质量。结果观察组禁食禁饮执行准确率为100%、术后针道感染率为1.62%、患肢肘关节活动优良率为97.83%, 各项观察指标均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿术后生活质量各维度评分均值为(97.60±2.87)分, 明显高于对照组, 差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 "互联网+"延续性护理在儿童肱骨髁上骨折中的应用可提升术前禁食禁饮执行准确率, 降低术后针道感染率, 促进患肢肘关节快速康复, 提高患儿术后生活质量。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of"Internet+"continuous nursing on quality of life of children with supracondylar fracture.MethodsA total of 370 children with supracondylar fracture treated in Shenzhen Children′s Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random convenience sampling,185 cases in each group.The control group received routine care interventions and telephone follow-up,while the observation group received"Internet+"continuous nursing on the basis of routine nursing interventions.The precision rate of preoperative fasting for solids and liquids,postoperative needle infection rate,elbow activity with the injured limb and the quality of life after surgery for those children were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe precision rate of preoperative fasting for solids and liquids was 100%,the postoperative needle infection rate was 1.62%,and the excellent rate of elbow activity with the injured limb was 97.83%.All the observation indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean score of all dimensions of postoperative quality of life was(97.60±2.87),which was significantly higher than of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionsThe application of"Internet+"continuous nursing in children′s supracondylar fracture can improve the accuracy of preoperative fasting for solids and liquids,reduce the postoperative needle infection rate,promote the rapid recovery of elbow activity with the injured limb and improve the postoperative quality of life of children.
