感染风险等级化评估护理在重症肺炎患者康复中的应用进展

摘　　要：护理服务作为医院重要组成部分与患者康复的关键环节, 在现代化医疗卫生改革的影响下, 传统护理模式逐渐被新型护理模式所取代, 转变护理方式、实时更新护理理念成为现阶段护理人员工作重点。CPIS评估下等级化护理借助感染评估量表, 对患者风险程度加以区别划分, 制定精准、合理的护理干预措施。将其应用至重症肺炎患者康复中, 在增强患者护理配合依从、肺功能改善及营养状态均衡维持的同时, 还在降低患者并发症发生、加速机体恢复中, 发挥了积极推动作用。Nursing service is an important part of the hospital and the key link of the patient′s rehabilitaion.Under the influence of the modern medical and health reform,the traditional nursing model is gradually replaced by the new model.The transformation of nursing mode and real-time updating of nursing concept have become the focus of nursing staff at this stage.With the help of the infection assessment scale,graded nursing under CPIS assessment can distinguish the risk degree of patients and formulate accurate and reasonable nursing interventions.When applied to the rehabilitation of patients with severe pneumonia,it has played a positive role in enhancing the patient′s nursing compliance,improving lung function and maintaining balanced nutritional status,and reducing the occurence of complications and accelerating the recovery of the body.
