摘　　要：本文介绍了矿用电动轮自卸卡车前仰角维修检测站的设计,该维修检测站能完整的前仰角的拆解、清洗、维修、检测、组装、测试等一系列作业流程。详细阐述了该维修检测站的布局及作业工艺流程,并对其主要设备:维修检测变位机、轴承压机、高压喷淋清洗机、测试台的设计及工作原理进行了介绍。该维修检测站能有效降低人工劳动强度,同时也可有效降低维修成本,达到降本增效的目标。This article introduces the design of a maintenance and inspection station for the front elevation angle of a mining electric wheel dump truck.The maintenance and inspection station can complete a series of operation processes such as disassembly,cleaning,maintenance,inspection,assembly,and testing of the front elevation angle.This article elaborates on the layout and operation process of the maintenance and inspection station,and introduces the design and working principle of its main equipment:maintenance and inspection displacement machine,bearing press,high-pressure spray cleaning machine,and testing platform.This maintenance and testing station can effectively reduce manual labor intensity and also effectively reduce maintenance costs,achieving the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
