摘　　要：本文探究了酰亚胺醇的合成工艺过程。在此工艺中,使用四氢邻苯二甲酸酐和乙醇胺作为原材料,以指定配比、于指定温度下反应指定时间,得到产物,并以此确定最佳工艺条件。将制得的酰亚胺醇用于制备聚酯亚胺树脂,测试结果表明,本文制备的酰亚胺醇用于制备的聚酯亚胺树脂具有反应活性更高、使用更为方便、有机挥发分更低、更绿色环保等优点。This paper studies the synthetic technological process of Imide Alcohols in this process,tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and ethanolamine are used as raw materials,and the product is obtained by reacting them in specified ratios and at specified temperatures for specified times,and thus the optimum process conditions are determined.The obtained Imide is used for the preparation of polyesterimide resin,and the test results show that the Imide prepared in this paper has the advantages of higher reactivity,more convenience in use,lower organic volatilization,and less influence on environment.
