摘 要:针对板材结构机柜静强度校核的问题,首先通过理论计算了常用托板承载时的剪力和弯矩,分析了危险截面处的应力情况。然后利用Ansysworkbench有限元软件得到的仿真数据与理论值进行了对比并探讨了托板的载重极限值。最后,对柜体施加惯性载荷工况用以模拟真实环境条件。结果表明,应力的理论计算值与有限元仿真之间的误差为0.19%,2.5 mm厚的板材结构柜体及托板能够承受标准地球重力下150 kg的静载荷和纵向加速度0.2 g、横向加速度0.2 g、垂向加速度1.2 g的惯性载荷。In order to check the static strength of the plate structure cabinet,this paper firstly calculated the shear force and bending moment of the common plate bearing and analyzes the stress at the dangerous section.Secondly,based on ANSYS workbench finite element software,the simulation data is compared with theoretical values,and the load limit of the palletis discussed.Finally,the cabinet is subjected to inertial load conditions to simulate real environmental conditions.The results show that the deviation between the theoretical calculation value of stress and the finite element simulation value is 0.19%,the 2.5 mm thick plate structure cabinet and pallet can withstand a static load of 150 kg under standard earth gravity and an inertial load of 0.2 g longitudinal acceleration,0.2 g lateral acceleration,and 1.2 g vertical acceleration.
