摘　　要：[目的/意义]AIGC拥有强大的内容生成能力,对知识服务领域具有变革作用。研究AIGC赋能图书馆知识服务的路径,对提高图书馆知识服务的效率、提升图书馆在知识服务中的地位具有重要意义。[方法/过程]以模因复制与传播为研究视角,从AIGC拓展图书馆知识服务的要素、参与知识服务的过程、提升知识服务的框架三方面,分析AIGC赋能图书馆知识服务的路径,并提出相应建议。[结果/结论]图书馆知识服务的本质是模因的复制与传播;在AIGC的影响下,图书馆知识服务的参与主体由图书馆、AIGC和用户组成;AIGC能有效融入图书馆知识服务的每一个阶段;图书馆应从战略决策、战术筹备和流程设计三部分做出调整。[Purpose/significance]With powerful content generation capabilities,AIGC has a transformative effect on the field of knowledge services.It is of great significance to study the path of AIGC enabling library knowledge service to improve the ef-ficiency of library knowledge service and enhance the position of library in knowledge service.[Method/process]From the perspec-tive of memes’replication and dissemination,this paper analyzes the path of enabling library knowledge service by AIGC from three aspects:the elements of expanding library knowledge service,the process of participating in knowledge service and the framework of improving knowledge service,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.[Result/conclusion]The essence of library knowl-edge service is the reproduction and dissemination of memes.Under the influence of AIGC,the subjects of library knowledge service are composed of library,AIGC and users.AIGC can be effectively integrated into every stage of library knowledge service.The li-brary should make adjustments in three parts:strategic decision making,tactical preparation and process design.
