摘　　要：天然气商品率是体现天然气利用水平的重要指标,在“双碳”背景下,提高天然气商品率对于节能减排、核算甲烷排放水平意义重大。由于规范标准及统计方法不统一,中石油天然气商品率表观数值较低,进一步提高商品率需要摸清天然气流向、厘清关键影响因素。以中石油天然气流向数据为基础,剖析其主要影响因素及构成,并对标北美天然气流向及利用情况。结果 表明,中石油天然气实际利用率(商品量与井口产量的比值)介于美国和加拿大之间,商品率主要影响因素是油气田生产自用量和损耗量。其中自用量以稠油热采用气、加热炉用气以及压缩机用气为主;损耗量多为计算值,虚无损耗量较大,并非真实的跑冒滴漏量。提高天然气商品率首先是一项管理工程,其次是技术工程。建议要统一规范天然气工业产量统计方法;通过提高设备效率、推广可再生能源利用等降低自用气量;加强对损耗气的管理,减少虚无损耗量,降低排放量;增加天然气利用率指标,体现其真实利用情况。The natural gas commodity rate is an important index reflecting the utilization level of natural gas.In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,an increase in the natural gas commodity rate is im-portant to energyconservation,emission reduction,and calculation of methane emission levels.Due to the lack of unified standards and statisticalmethods,the apparent value of CNPC's natural gas commodity rate is rela-tively low.To further improvethe commodity rate,it is necessary to understand the flow of natural gas and clarify the key influencing factors.Based on CNPC's natural gas flow data,its main influencing factors and composition are analyzed,and the flow and utilization of natural gas in North America are compared.The re-sults show that the actual utilization rate of natural gas in CNPC(ratio of commercial volume to wellhead pro-duction)is between that of the United States and Canada,and the main factors affecting the commodity rate are the self-consumption of gas and loss of oil and gas fields.The self-consumption of gas is mainly for heavy oil thermal recovery,heating furnaces,and compressors.The loss of gas is mostly from the calculated value,the virtual loss is great,and it is not the real leakage amount.An increase in the natural gas commodity rate is first a management project,and secondly a technical project.It is suggested that the statistical method of nat-ural gas industrial output should be unified andstandardized.Self-consumption gas volume should be reduced by improving equipment efficiency and promoting the use of renewable energy.The management of lost gas should be strengthened to reduce the amount of virtual loss and reduce emissions.The natural gas utilization rate index should be increased to reflect its actual utilization.
