摘  要:某石化企业为了调整产品结构,适应企业未来发展方向,推进炼化一体化发展,确保芳烃原料供应,根据总流程测算,对现有国产超低压连续重整装置进行扩能改造,处理量由1.20 Mt/a升级改造成1.50 Mt/a。对装置进行了扩能改造工艺核算,对其可行性进行了深入分析,提出了改造方案并加以实施。结果表明,装置改造后运行情况良好,其中反应苛刻度(C^(+)_(5)RON)上升了1.0单位,脱戊烷生成油液体收率和芳烃质量分数分别提升0.56、1.92百分点。芳烃原料的自供能力提升了46.4%,可实现连续稳定生产PX(对二甲苯)68.8 kt/月,全厂柴汽比从1.22下降至1.09,月均增效约10743万元,产品结构得到明显改善,经济效益显著。In order to adjust the product structure,adapt to the future development direction of the petrochemical enterprise,promote integrated refining and chemical development,and ensure the supply of aromatic feedstocks,a certain petrochemical enterprise plans to expand and renovate the existing domestic ultra-low pressure continuous reforming unit based on the overall process calculation.The processing capacity will be upgraded from the original 1.20 MM TPY to 1.50 MM TPY.This article conducts a process accounting for the expansion and renovation of the unit,conducts in-depth analysis of its feasibility,proposes a renovation plan and implements it.The industrial application results show that the operation of the unit after renovation is good,with a 1.0 unit increase in reaction severity,and an increase of 0.56 percentage points and 1.92 percentage points in the liquid yield and aromatics mass fraction of depentanized oil.The self-sufficiency of aromatic hydrocarbon feedstocks has increased by 46.4%,achieving continuous and stable production of 68,800 tons of PX per month.The diesel to gasoline ratio of the entire plant has decreased from 1.22 to 1.09,with an average monthly efficiency increase of over 107.43 million yuan.The product structure has been significantly improved,and the economic benefits are significant.
