生产100号道路沥青影响因素分析及应对措施

摘　　要：某公司溶剂脱沥青装置利用重油浆和脱油沥青调合法生产道路沥青。在装置进料性质发生改变后,调合100号道路沥青时经常出现产品不合格的情况,严重影响了脱油沥青和重油浆的生产后路,不利于装置的安全平稳生产。基于生产现状,深入分析了影响100号道路沥青调合的因素,包括重油浆小于350℃含量、脱油沥青软化点、重油浆和脱油沥青调合比例等。研究得出快速生产100号道路沥青的方法:在保证脱油沥青性质、进罐量稳定的基础上,按照“宁重勿轻”的原则进行一次调合;结合一次调合的针入度结果,按比例加入重油浆进行二次调合。该方法有效提高了100号道路沥青的产量,为同类装置利用调合法生产100号道路沥青提供了借鉴。A certain company uses the method of blending heavy slurry and deoiled asphalt to produce road asphalt on a solvent deasphalting unit.After the feed properties of the unit have changed,many unqualified conditions often occur when mixing No.100 road asphalt,which seriously affects the production of deoiled asphalt and heavy slurry,and is not conducive to the safe and stable production of the unit.Based on the current production situation,this article deeply analyzes the specific factors that affect the blending of No.100 road asphalt,including the content of heavy slurry below 350℃,the softening point of deoiled asphalt,and the blending ratio of heavy slurry and deoiled asphalt.A method for quickly blending No.100 road asphalt has been developed:ensure the stability of the properties of the deoiled asphalt and the amount of oil entering the tank;during the first blending,the principle of“prefer heavy to light”is followed;based on the penetration results of the first blending,heavy slurry is added in proportion for the second blending.This method effectively increased the production of asphalt for No.100 road asphalt,providing a reference for similar units to use the blending method to produce asphalt for No.100 road asphalt.
