摘  要:开发高性能加氢裂化催化剂是适应国内外炼化行业形势新变化,并提升其市场竞争力的重要手段。中石化(大连)石油化工研究院有限公司以双介孔结构的高效Y型分子筛为主要裂化组分,金属Mo-Ni为加氢组分,采用新型混捏制备技术研制了新一代灵活型加氢裂化催化剂FC-86。控制工艺条件相同进行了两组对比试验,结果表明,FC-86与参比剂FC-32A相比,重石脑油收率提高超1.2百分点,柴油十六烷指数分别提高2.7、2.4单位,尾油BMCI(关联指数)值降低1.6、1.7单位。FC-86加氢裂化催化剂可以根据不同时期的市场需求灵活生产高芳烃潜含量重石脑油、优质喷气燃料和低BMCI尾油。Developing high-performance hydrocracking catalysts is an important means to adapt to the new changes in the domestic and foreign refining industry and enhance market competitiveness.SINOPEC(Dalian)Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals Co.,Ltd.has developed a new generation of flexible hydrocracking catalyst FC-86 using a high-efficiency Y zeolite with a double mesoporous structure as the main cracking component and metal Mo-Ni as the hydrogenation component,using a new mixing and kneading preparation technology.Under the same process conditions,two sets of comparative experiments were conducted.Compared with the reference catalyst FC-32A,the yield of heavy naphtha increased by 1.2 percentage points,the cetane index of diesel increased by 2.7,2.4 units,and the BMCI value of tail oil decreased by 1.6,1.7 units.The hydrocracking catalyst FC-86 can flexibly produce heavy naphtha with high aromatics potential,high quality jet fuel and low BMCI tail oil according to the market demand of different periods.
