摘　　要：社会现代化的历史实践及其在全世界范围的加速推进,伴随着特定历史时期、特定民族和国家经济、政治以及社会生活各个领域的全面、深刻的转型。观念史视野内对现代化和全球化理论实践的多维观照反思表明,现代化必然带来文化价值观问题上传统与现代的激烈冲突。针对“文化全球化”“文化现代化”复杂交融的现实处境,立足“文化主体性”反思、批判与理性自觉,实现中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化与创新性发展,是一个关系民族文化和现代化根本性、长远性的重大课题。改革开放40多年来,中国共产党始终秉持“中国本位”“世界视野”的立场、胸怀和境界,以前瞻性的文化实践方略,坚定地推进以“文化中国”统筹和引领民族伟大复兴的宏图大业。习近平文化思想正是中国共产党立足人类文明价值观重构的高度,提出的重大文化建设思想,其诸多理念和方略对于包括中国在内的整个人类美好精神生活秩序的重建,具有重大的启示性、典范性以及奠基性意义。The historical practice of social modernization and its accelerated promotion worldwide are accompanied by comprehensive and profound transformations in various aspects of economy, politics, and social life in specific historical periods and ethnic countries. The multidimensional reflection on the theoretical practice of modernization and globalization from the perspective of ideological and conceptual history reveals that modernization inevitably brings about a fierce conflict between tradition and modernity in cultural values. In the face of the current realities of “cultural globalization” and “cultural modernization”, the key question becomes how to reconstruct and transform the “cultural subjectivity” by effectively inheriting the essence of national cultural traditions through reflection, criticism and self-consciousness. And this issue is closely related to the fundamental and long-term nature of national culture and modernization. Throughout the past 40 years of reform and opening up, we have consistently adhered to the position, mindset, and realm of “China centric” and “world vision” and adopted a forward-looking strategy in cultural practice. We have firmly promoted the grand goal of coordinating and leading the great rejuvenation of the nation with “Cultural China”.
