摘　　要：为确保泪道冲洗过程的安全性和有效性,提升眼科专科护理人员的专业技能,增强患者对医疗服务的信任感,上海市护理学会于2023年11月发布了《泪道冲洗操作规范》团体标准,旨在规范成人泪道冲洗操作流程及要求。本文从团体标准制定的背景意义、主要内容、临床应用推广建议等方面进行解读,旨在帮助眼科护理人员更好地理解与执行相关标准,为规范各级各类医疗机构泪道冲洗操作、提升眼科护理质量提供参考。In November 2023,the Shanghai Nursing Association issued the association standard Nursing Practice for Lacrimal Duct Irrigation.The standard standardizes the operating procedures and requirements for lacrimal duct irrigation in adults,aiming to ensure the safety and effectiveness of irrigation,enhance the competency of ophthalmic specialist nurses and elevate patients'trust in medical services.This article provides an interpretation of the association standard,covering its formulation background,main contents and recommendations for clinical application and promotion,aiming to assist ophthalmic specialist nurses in understanding and executing the standard and provide a reference for standardizing lacrimal duct irrigation operations at various medical institutions at all levels and improving the nursing quality in ophthalmology departments.
