糖尿病专科护士中医院实习培训体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的 了解参加贵州省糖尿病专科护士培训并在某中医院实训学员的心理体验与感受,为进一步构建完善的糖尿病专科护士临床实践培训体系提供参考依据。方法 2023年5-7月,采用目的抽样法,对在贵州省某三级甲等中医医院内分泌科参与糖尿病专科护士实践培训的12名护士进行半结构式深入访谈,通过Colaizzi七步分析法分析结果并提炼主题。结果 围绕糖尿病专科护士培训体验,提炼出六方面主题:相关培训有助于丰富个人理论知识、提升专业能力、了解更多糖尿病中医特色护理技术,有利于明晰专科护士职业发展路径;且对于将培训内容内化和应用面临着较大的心理压力,并对培训安排提出相关建议。结论 中医院实训基地培训对于糖尿病专科护士能力提升和职业发展有积极促进作用,但还需基于专科护士需求及临床特色进一步优化培训方案和课程结构,进一步推动糖尿病专科护理发展。Objective To understand the psychological experience and feelings of trainees participating in diabetes specialist nurse practical training at a TCM hospital in Guizhou Province,aiming to provide a reference for refining the clinical practice training system for diabetes specialist nurses.Methods From May to July 2023,12 nurses were selected by purposive sampling who had participated in the diabetes specialist nurse practical training in the endocrinology department of a GradeⅢ-A TCM hospital in Guizhou Province.They were investigated through semi-structured in-depth interviews.Then,their interview data was analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method to extract themes.Results The following six themes were extracted regarding the training experience of diabetes specialist nurses:1)enrichment of personal theoretical knowledge,2)enhancement of personal professional competence,3)acquisition of more unique TCM nursing techniques for diabetes,4)clarification of career development paths for specialist nurses;5)great psychological stress in internalizing and applying the training contents,and 6)suggestions for training arrangements.Conclusion The practical training conducted at the TCM hospital significantly enhances the competence and career development of diabetes specialist nurses.However,the training scheme and curriculum structure need to be further refined based on the needs and clinical characteristics of these nurses,thereby fostering the development of diabetes specialist care.
