摘　　要：信息时代数据已经成为产业发展的第五大生产要素,数字经济对湖南省的经济发展起着至关重要的作用。本文在分析湖南数字经济发展的基础上,找出了数据要素为湖南经济高质量发展赋能的内在发展机理,进而提出数据要素赋能湖南经济高质量发展的路径实现图。In the information age,data has become the fifth largest production factor for industrial development,and the digital economy plays a crucial role in the economic development of Hunan Province.On the basis of analyzing the development of Hunan's digital economy,this article identifies the internal development mechanism of data elements empowering high-quality economic development in Hunan,and then proposes a path implementation diagram for data elements empowering high-quality economic development in Hunan.
