摘 要:为了探究中国丝绸之路经济带物流业碳排放效率及减排对策,本文以2011—2020年丝绸之路经济带中9个省份的物流业面板数据为样本。首先对9个省份物流业的碳排放量进行统计与分析,然后运用包含非期望产出的超效率SBM模型计算碳排放效率,最后提出发展建议。结果表明:样本期内,除了2013年和2020年,丝绸之路经济带沿线省份物流业的碳排放量出现了较为明显的下降,其余年份均呈现增长趋势。碳排放效率的均值为0.756,宁夏、广西效率值最高,青海最低。新疆物流业能源消费量的原始值和目标值的差距最大,青海最小。四川物流业碳排放量的原始值和目标值的差距最大,青海同样最小。建议减少高能耗高碳排放的能源使用,不断优化能源消费结构。进一步优化各项物流资源的配置,促进碳排放效率的提升。立足能源消费和碳排放的差异,做到因地制宜分类决策。In order to explore the carbon emission efficiency and emission reduction strategies of the logistics industry in China's Silk Road Economic Belt,this article takes panel data of the logistics industry in 9 provinces of the Silk Road Economic Belt from 2011 to 2020 as a sample.Firstly,statistics and analysis were conducted on the carbon emissions of the logistics industry in 9 provinces.Then,a super efficient SBM model including unexpected outputs was used to calculate the carbon emission efficiency.Finally,development suggestions were proposed.The results indicate that during the sample period,except for 2013 and 2020,the carbon emissions of the logistics industry in provinces along the Silk Road Economic Belt showed a significant decrease,while the rest of the years showed an increasing trend.The average carbon emission efficiency is 0.756,with Ningxia and Guangxi having the highest efficiency values and Qinghai having the lowest.The gap between the original and target values of energy consumption in Xinjiang's logistics industry is the largest,while Qinghai has the smallest.The difference between the original and target carbon emissions of the logistics industry in Sichuan is the largest,and Qinghai is also the smallest.Suggest reducing the use of energy with high energy consumption and carbon emissions,and continuously optimizing the energy consumption structure.Further optimize the allocation of various logistics resources and promote the improvement of carbon emission efficiency.Based on the differences in energy consumption and carbon emissions,achieve differentiated decision-making according to local conditions.
