摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定复松霜中醋酸地塞米松含量的方法。方法采用Agilent TC C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-水(49∶51)为流动相;检测波长为240 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量10μl。结果醋酸地塞米松在0.539~21.566μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程为y=185.98x+3.68,r=0.9999。醋酸地塞米松3个加标浓度水平的平均回收率分别为97.93%、98.24%、98.28%,RSD在0.86%~1.44%之间(n=6),重复性试验RSD为1.5%。结论本方法简便、准确,适用于复松霜中醋酸地塞米松含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining dexamethasone acetate content in Fu Song Cream.Methods The column was Agilent TC C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);Mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(49∶51);the detection wavelength was 240 nm;the column temperature was 30℃;and the injection volume was 10μl.Results Dexamethasone acetate showed a good linear correlation with the peak area in the range of 0.539-21.566μg/ml,and the egression equation was y=185.98x+3.68,r=0.9999.The average recovery rates of dexamethasone acetate at three spiked concentration levels were 97.93%(RSD=0.86%,n=6),98.24%(RSD=1.38%,n=6)and 98.28%(RSD=1.44%,n=6),respectively.The repeatability test of RSD was 1.5%.Conclusion HPLC method has the advantages of easy operation and accurate quantitation,which is suitable for the content determination of dexamethasone acetate in Fu Song Cream.
