摘　　要：水通道蛋白(AQPs)在人体水液平衡、能量代谢、细胞信号传导、细胞迁移及细胞增殖等相关的疾病中发挥着重要作用,其功能障碍与心血管疾病密切相关,对AQPs的调节和功能的研究不仅将为心血管疾病诊断和预后提供新思路,还会促进潜在治疗策略的开发。文章整合了近年来的国内外研究成果,简述了AQPs在哺乳动物心血管系统中的定位和表达,综述了与心血管疾病相关的AQP1、AQP4、AQP7、AQP9和AQP2在心血管组织中的生理、病理作用及调控机制,从中西医结合的角度出发,探讨了水通道蛋白与中医学中水液代谢的相关性,为传统中医理论提供了现代生物学的解释,有助于深化对中医理论的科学理解,为中医特定脏腑功能提供可能的分子机制。此外,总结中药复方/单味中药靶向AQPs相关信号通路来治疗心血管疾病的研究进展,讨论了中医药如何通过调节AQPs的表达来治疗相关疾病,这为中医药的现代化研究和应用提供了分子层面的证据,并强调在心血管疾病治疗中中医药与水通道蛋白相结合的调控机制的关键作用,为中医药治疗水液代谢失常类疾病的临床应用提供潜在的分子靶点和新的科学依据,将传统中医理论与现代生物学紧密结合,为未来研究提供新方向。Aquaporins(AQPs)playing a crucial role in maintaining the body fluid balance,energy metabolism,cell signaling,cell migration,and cell proliferation are closely associated with diseases.The dysfunction of AQPs is linked to cardiovascular diseases.The research on the regulation and functions of AQPs not only gives new insights into the diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases but also promotes the development of therapeutic strategies.By reviewing the recent research findings,this article briefs the localization and expression of AQPs in the cardiovascular system of mammals and summarizes the physiological and pathological roles and regulatory mechanisms of AQP1,AQP4,AQP7,AQP9,and AQP2 associated with cardiovascular diseases in the cardiovascular tissue.From the perspective of integrating traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with western medicine,the article explores the correlation between AQPs and the body fluid metabolism in TCM,providing a modern biological interpretation for TCM theories,contributing to a deeper scientific understanding of TCM,and offering possible molecular mechanisms for explaining the specific functions of Zang-fu organs in TCM.Furthermore,this article summarizes the research progress of TCM compound prescriptions/single Chinese medicines targeting AQP-related signaling pathways and discusses the regulation of AQP expression by TCM in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.The review provides molecular evidence for the modern research and application of TCM and emphasizes the regulatory mechanisms of TCM targeting AQPs in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.It offers potential molecular targets and a basis for the clinical application of TCM in treating the diseases of body fluid metabolism imbalance.Integrating TCM theory with modern biology provides a new direction for the future research.
