肾上腺色腙片联合中药坐浴对热毒炽盛型肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺色腙片联合中药坐浴对热毒炽盛型肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的疗效。方法选取2021年2月至2023年2月深圳市龙华区人民医院收治的96例热毒炽盛型肛周脓肿术后患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组给予单一中药坐浴治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用肾上腺色腙片进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果、术后创面愈合情况、创面肉芽评分以及康复时间。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.92%,明显高于对照组79.17%(P<0.05);两组术后第3天创面愈合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第7天和第14天时观察组创面愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后第3天创面肉芽评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第5天、第7天以及第14天时观察组创面肉芽评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、腐肉脱落时间以及脓腔愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热毒炽盛型肛周脓肿患者术后给予肾上腺色腙片联合中药坐浴治疗,可有效促进术后创面愈合,治疗效果良好。Objective To explore the curative effect of adrenazone tablets combined with Chinese herbal sitz bath on wound healing of perianal abscess after operation.Methods A total of 96 patients with heat-toxic incandescent perianal abscess treated in Longhua District People's Hospital of Shenzhen from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a single Chinese medicine sitz bath,and the observation group was treated with adrenal hydrazone tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,postoperative wound healing,wound granulation score and recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 79.17%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in wound healing rate on the 3rd day after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The wound healing rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 7th and 14th day after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in wound granulation score between the two groups on the 3rd day after surgery(P>0.05).The wound granulation score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 5th,7th and 14th day after surgery(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,rotting meat shedding time and pus cavity healing time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adrenal hydrazone tablets combined with Chinese herbal sitz bath can effectively promote wound healing and recovery in patients with perianal abscess after operation.The therapeutic effect is good.
