甲醇重整气中CO对低压富氢电堆性能影响研究

摘  要:甲醇重整制氢混合气体作为质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的阳极燃料可以避免氢气纯化,降低燃料电池的运行成本。但是重整气体中的CO对质子交换膜燃料电池阳极催化剂具有毒化作用,进而使得电池性能严重衰减。为系统地研究重整气中CO对质子交换膜燃料电池性能的影响,搭建了低压富氢电堆发电系统测试平台,模拟甲醇重整气组成配置标气,对PEMFC进行发电测试,研究发现CO对PEMFC的性能影响较大,当重整气中CO浓度为20×10^(-6)时,电堆的电压输出从55.8V逐渐下降到44.3 V,这个期间过多地消耗H2和空气,造成电堆发电效率下降。研究发现采用阳极补氧技术,即电堆阳极补入空气为富氢混合气体的1.0%~2.0%,可以有效降低微量CO(20×10^(-6)以下)对电堆性能衰减的影响,提升了燃料电池的耐久性,保障PEMFC发电系统长时间稳定发电。Methanol reforming hydrogen mixture as the anode fuel of proton exchange membrane fuel cells can avoid hydrogen purification and reduce the operating cost of fuel cells.However,the CO in the reforming gas has a toxic effect on the anode catalyst of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell,and then the performance of the battery is seriously degraded.In order to systematically study the effect of CO in reforming gas on the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cells,a testing platform is built for a low-pressure hydrogen rich fuel cell stack power generation system,the composition of methanol reforming gas with standard gas is simulated,and power generation tests on PEMFC is conducted.The study found that CO had a significant impact on the performance of PEMFC.When the CO concentration in reforming gas is 20×10^(-6),the voltage output of the stack gradually decreases from 55.8 V to 44.3 V,during which excessive consumption of H2 and air occurred,causing a decrease in the efficiency of stack power generation.Research has found that the use of anode oxygenation technology,which involves adding 1.0%-2.0%of hydrogen rich mixed gas to the anode of the fuel cell stack,can effectively reduce the impact of trace amounts of CO(below 20×10^(-6))on the performance degradation of the fuel cell stack,improve the durability of the fuel cell,and ensure long-term stable power generation of the PEMFC power generation system.
