摘　　要：目的 探究消银颗粒与他克莫司联合应用对慢性湿疹患者疼痛及免疫指标改善效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年2月山东省荣军总医院收治的94例慢性湿疹患者为研究对象,以电脑随机分配法分为对照组、观察组,各47例。对照组应用他克莫司治疗,观察组应用消银颗粒联合他克莫司治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后中医证候积分、免疫功能及睡眠质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的78.72%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.114,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性湿疹患者实施他克莫司联合消银颗粒治疗,可提升治疗效果,降低中医证候积分,提升免疫功能,提高患者睡眠质量。Objective To explore the improvement effect of Xiaoyin Granule combined with tacrolimus on pain and immune indexes in patients with chronic eczema.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic eczema from Shandong Veterans General Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by computer random assignment,with 47cases in each group.The control group was treated with tacrolimus and the observation group was trented with Xiaoyin granule combined with tacrolimus.The treatment effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,immune function and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%,which was higher than the control group's 78.72%,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=6.114,P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus combined with Xiaoyin granules for chronic eczema patients can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the level of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,enhance immune function and improve the sleep quality of patients.
