黄芪保心汤联合氯沙坦钾片治疗高血压合并阵发性心房颤动的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析黄芪保心汤联合氯沙坦钾治疗高血压合并阵发性心房颤动的临床疗效。方法选取徐州市中医院于2022年1月—2023年11月收治的80例高血压合并阵发性心房颤动患者作为研究对象,根据单双数法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组行氯沙坦钾片治疗,观察组行黄芪保心汤联合氯沙坦钾片治疗。对比两组临床效果及治疗前后中医证候评分、收缩压、舒张压变化。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.914,P=0.048)。治疗14 d后,观察组中医证候积分、收缩压、舒张压均显著降低,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 高血压合并阵发性心房颤动患者接受黄芪保心汤联合氯沙坦钾片治疗,临床疗效更好,可进一步降低中医证候积分及血压。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huangqi Baoxin Decoction combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of hypertension complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertension complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the odd and even number method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Baoxin Decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets.The clinical effects of the two groups and the changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 85.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.914,P=0.048).After 14 days of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated with Huangqi Baoxin Decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets have better clinical efficacy,which can further improve TCM syndrome scores and blood pressure.
