摘  要:目的 探讨颈部血管超声在颈动脉支架植入术(Carotid artery stenting,CAS)后患者颈部血管超声在过度灌注综合征(Cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome,CHS)诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2018年1月至2023年6月在我院接受CAS治疗的患者419例。所有患者均完成手术后行颈部血管超声检查,并根据超声结果将患者分为CHS组15例和正常灌注组404例。对两组患者的术后临床表现、超声检查结果进行统计学分析。结果 CHS组患者的不稳定斑块积分比值、斑块最大偏心比值、狭窄处峰值流速、搏动指数、颈动脉僵硬度指数及顺应系数均高于正常灌注组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CAS后颈部血管超声在CHS诊断中具有一定的价值。Objectives To Explore the application value of cervical vascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome(CHS) in patients after carotid artery stenting(CAS).Methods A total of 419 patients who underwent CAS surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2023 were selected.All patients underwent postoperative cervical vascular ultrasound examination and were divided into a CHS group(15 cases)and normal perfusion group(404 cases) based on the ultrasound results.The postoperative clinical manifestations and ultrasound examination results of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The unstable plaque integral ratio,maximum eccentricity ratio of plaques,peak velocity at stenosis,pulsatility index,carotid stiffness index,and compliance coefficient of patients in the CHS group were significantly higher than those in the normal perfusion group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cervical vascular ultrasound after CAS has certain value in the diagnosis of CHS.
