番泻叶、聚乙二醇与二甲基硅油联合在肠镜检测中应用对其可见度及检出率的影响分析

摘  要:目的 分析番泻叶、聚乙二醇与二甲基硅油在肠镜检测中应用对其可见度及检出率的影响。方法 非随机选取2022年10月—2023年6月在南京市江宁中医院行肠镜检查的124例患者为研究对象,并依检测用药差异分成两组,各62例。A组行聚乙二醇联合二甲硅油检查,B组在此基础上联合番泻叶检查。比较两组患者结直肠(左、中、右结肠及总结肠)波士顿肠道准备量表(Boston Bowel Preparation Scale,BBPS)评分,排便次数、首次排便时间、腺瘤检出率(Adenoma Detection Rate,ADR)。结果 B组患者左、中、右结肠和总结肠BBPS评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组排便次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组首次排便时间短于对照组[(30.13±5.02)min vs (37.23±5.23)min],差异有统计学意义(t=7.712,P<0.05)。B组腺瘤检出率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 番泻叶、聚乙二醇与二甲基硅油在肠镜检查中的应用能提升患者肠道清洁度,可增加肠镜检查的可见度,加快患者首次排便的速度,提升患者腺瘤检出率。Objective To analyze the effects of senna leaf,polyethylene glycol and dimethyl silicone oil on the visibility and detection rate of senna.Methods A total of 124 patients undergoing colonoscopy in Nanjing Jiangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to June 2023 were non randomly selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups by the different medication of detection,with 62 cases in each group.Group A was tested with polyethylene glycol combined with dimethyl silicone oil,group B was tested with senna leaf on this basis.The colorectal(left,middle,right colon and summary intestine) Boston Bowel Preparation Scale(BBPS) scores,defecation frequency,first defecation time,and adenoma detection rate(ADR) were compared between the two groups.Results The BBPS scores of left,middle and right colon and summary intestine in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in defecation frequency between the two groups(P>0.05),and the first defecation time of group B was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of adenoma in group B was higher than that in group A [(30.13±5.02) min vs(37.23±5.23) min],and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.712,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of senna,polyethylene glycol and dimethylsilicone oil in colonoscopy can improve the intestinal cleanliness of patients,enhance the visibility of colonoscopy,accelerate the speed of patients' first defecation,and improve the detection rate of patients' adenoma.
