茵陈五苓散联合苦黄注射液治疗急性肝炎黄疸的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析茵陈五苓散联合苦黄注射液在急性肝炎黄疸患者治疗中应用的效果。方法目的选取江苏省盱眙县中医院于2020年1月—2023年7月收治的122例急性肝炎黄疸患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组行茵陈五苓散治疗,观察组在此基础上联合苦黄注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后肝功能水平、症状严重程度、疗效。结果治疗前两组肝功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),治疗后观察组肝功能水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗前两组患者腹胀等症状评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),治疗后观察组症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(98.36%)高于对照组(85.25%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.338,P<0.05)。结论在急性肝炎黄疸的治疗中,茵陈五苓散联合苦黄注射液治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of Yinchen Wuling powder combined with Kuhuang injection in the treat-ment of acute hepatitis jaundice.Methods A total of 122 patients with acute hepatitis jaundice treated in Xuyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to July 2023 were purposefully se-lected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by treatment,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yinchen Wuling powder,and the observation group was treated with Kuhuang injection on this basis.The liver function level,symptom severity and curative effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in liver function between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the liver function level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of abdominal distension and other symptoms between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(98.36%)was higher than that of the control group(85.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.338,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute hepatitis jaundice,Yinchen Wuling powder combined with Kuhuang in-jection has significant therapeutic effect.
