摘　　要：目的观察复方胆通片联合腹腔镜手术治疗胆石症的临床效果及对胆囊功能和炎症因子的影响。方法选取广丰区人民医院2020年3月至2023年3月收治的82例胆石症患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各41例,两组均进行腹腔镜手术治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用术后常规处理,研究组则采用复方胆通片治疗,比较两组方案的临床疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率和胆囊收缩功能高于对照组;且研究组降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平,以及胆囊壁厚度和胆囊容积、术后并发症发生率低于对照组;研究组首次排气时间、住院时间和肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方胆通片联合腹腔镜手术治疗胆石症效果较好,可有效纠正患者胆囊功能紊乱,缓解其炎症刺激,改善临床症状表现,治疗安全性和实用性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound dantong tablets combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of cholelithiasis and its impact on gallbladder function and inflammatory factors.Methods 82 patients with gallstones admitted to Guangfeng District People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table method,41 cases each.Both groups underwent laparoscopic surgery.On this basis,the control group(41 cases)received postoperative routine treatment,while the study group(41 cases)received compound dantong tablets for treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment and gallbladder contraction function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),gallbladder wall thickness and volume,postoperative complication rate were lower than those in the control group.The first exhaust time,hospitalization time,and bowel sound recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound dantong tablets and laparoscopic surgery has a good effect on the treatment of gallstones,which can effectively correct gallbladder dysfunction,alleviate inflammatory stimulation,improve clinical symptoms,and have high treatment safety and practicality.
