摘 要:目的探讨MRI对外伤性膝关节挫伤的诊断价值。方法选取2019年5月—2020年11月本院收治的60例膝关节外伤性骨挫伤患者为研究对象,依次对患者进行MRI、CT检查,以手术病理检查或长期随访结果为“金标准”,比较MRI与CT检查的诊断效能,对比分析患者的膝关节外伤(骨挫伤、隐性骨折、半月板损伤)的诊断。结果MRI对不同类型膝关节损伤的总检出率高于CT,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI技术能够精确反映膝关节外伤导致的骨挫伤情况,为临床医师提供了有力的诊断支持。因此,在条件允许的情况下,采用MRI对创伤性膝骨挫伤患者进行诊断,将有助于优化临床治疗方案。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MRI in traumatic knee joint contusion.Methods Sixty patients with traumatic knee joint injuries admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and the MRI diagnosis of knee joint injuries(bone contusions,occult fractures,meniscus injuries)was compared and analyzed.Results T1 in the bone contusion area showed a low T1,t2w1 showed a significant increase trend,while Fs PDWI showed an increasing trend in the acute phase.Meniscal injuries were 30(50.00%)and 10(16.67%),respectively.The MRI signs of occult fractures:T1W1 is linear,unclear,with unclear edges,high peripheral density,and the morphology of the Fs-PDWI wide and high type fracture is unclear.Conclusion MRI can accurately reflect bone contusion caused by knee joint trauma,providing effective diagnostic basis for clinical treatment.Therefore,if conditions permit,MRI diagnosis of patients with traumatic knee bone contusion may lead to clinical treatment.
