摘　　要：医疗卫生事业是造福人民的事业,关系人民群众的切身利益,关系千家万户的幸福安康,也关系经济社会协调发展,关系国家和民族的未来。医疗卫生体制改革没有统一模式或者既定模式,需要积极探索与本国国情相适应的模式方能为国民营造福祉。我国属于世界第二大经济体,近年来,我国的综合国力不断增强,国际影响力不断扩大,我国卫生体制的改革与我国广大人民群众的切身利益休戚相关,对维护广大人民群众生命安全与身体健康有重要意义。本文就卫生发展与改革政策进行研究和分析,以期为政府与相关卫生管理部门科学决策、合理决策提供意见和建议。Health development and reform is related to the national economy and livelihood of the people,which is a worldwide problem.There is no unified model or established model for medical and health system reform.It is necessary to explore a model suitable for national conditions actively to create well-being for the people.China is the second largest economy in the world.Comprehensive national strength of China has been continuously strengthened with increasing international influence in recent years.Health constitution reform is closely related to vital interests of the vast majority of the people,which is of great significance for maintaining life safety and physical and mental health of the people,with widespread attention from the international community.The paper carried out research and analysis on health development and reform policies,to provide opinions and suggestions for scientific and rational decision-making of the government and relevant health management departments.
