综合护理干预在颈部淋巴结核患者围手术期的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析颈部淋巴结核患者围手术期以综合护理干预的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年2月纳入的颈部淋巴结核患者60例本研究对象,经随机数字表法将患者均分入对照组、观察组,分别采取常规护理、综合护理干预,评价患者是否满意护理工作及患者负面情绪情况。结果观察组颈部淋巴结核围手术期护理满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,SAS及SDS评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS及SDS评分比对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期的颈部淋巴结核患者应用综合护理干预,可以改善护患关系,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,并减轻其负面情绪,该护理模式具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis during perioperative period.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis from January 2021 to February 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method,treated with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing interventions to evaluate satisfaction degree with nursing and negative emotions of patients.Results Perioperative nursing satisfaction degree of observation group with cervical lymph node tuberculosis was higher than control group,P<0.05.Before nursing,comparison of SAS and SDS scores between two groups showed P>0.05.After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can improve nurse patients relationship continuously,enhance satisfaction degree with nursing,and alleviate negative emotions of patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis,which has clinical application value.
