孟鲁司特在过敏性咳嗽治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁司特在过敏性咳嗽治疗中的疗效。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月本院收治的过敏性咳嗽患者60例为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。其中,对照组行常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用孟鲁司特进行治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、肺功能、临床症状缓解时间及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者FEV1、FVC和PEER水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者肺功能得到明显改善,且研究组FEV1、FVC和PEER高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽、咳痰、平喘与肺部啰音缓解时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特治疗过敏性咳嗽疗效显著,不仅可促进患者临床症状缓解,还能改善肺部功能,且不良反应发生率较低,兼具安全性与有效性,值得推广。Objective To observe curative effect of montelukast in treatment of allergic cough.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with allergic cough admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment,while study group was with montelukast on the basis of control group.Curative effect,lung function,clinical symptom relief time,and incidence of adverse reactions was compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in study group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in FEV1,FVC,and PEER levels between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,lung function between two groups was significantly improved,and FEV1,FVC,and PEER in study group was higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Study group had significantly shorter relief time for cough,sputum,asthma,and lung rales than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast can achieve significant curative effect on allergic cough,can promote relief of clinical symptoms,improve lung function of patients,with low incidence of adverse reactions,being safe and effective,which is worth promoting.
