摘 要:目的探讨肩关节镜下单排缝合与双排缝合治疗肩袖损伤的临床应用。方法选取本院2019年7月—2022年6月所治疗的肩袖损伤患者100例,随机分为两组,对照组(50例)行肩关节镜下单排缝合治疗,观察组(50例)行肩关节镜下双排缝合,研究比较其临床应用效果。结果观察组患者治疗后肩关节功能相关指标水平(UCLA分数、Constant分数以及ASES分数)、治疗后肩关节相关(前屈、后伸、外展、内收以及上举)、临床总有效率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义指标活动度(P<0.05)。结论在肩袖损伤治疗过程中采取肩关节镜下双排缝合方式较之单排缝合,其治疗效果更为理想,有利于提升临床治疗效率。Objective To compare clinical application effect of single row and double row sutures under arthroscopy in treatment of rotator cuff injuries.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with rotator cuff injuries in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.50 cases in control group were treated with single row suture under arthroscopy,while 50 cases in observation group with double row suture under arthroscopy.Clinical application effect was studied and compared.Results Observation group had significantly higher levels of shoulder joint function related indicators(UCLA scores,constant scores,and ASES scores),shoulder joint related indicators(flexion,extension,abduction,adduction,and lifting),and overall clinical effect than control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Double row suture under arthroscopy can achieve more ideal effect for rotator cuff injury than single row suture,which is beneficial for improving clinical treatment efficiency.
