盐酸乙哌立松联合塞来昔布在治疗腰背部肌筋膜炎中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析盐酸乙哌立松联合塞来昔布治疗腰背部肌筋膜炎的效果。方法选择本院2021年1月—2022年6月接诊的80例腰背部肌筋膜炎患者为研究对象,并按照随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组单用塞来昔布治疗,观察组予以盐酸乙哌立松联合塞来昔布治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗后不同时间点的视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(ODI评分)、疗效优良率及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后1周、1个月时,观察组VAS评分和ODI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗效优良率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将盐酸乙哌立松联合塞来昔布联合应用于腰背部肌筋膜炎治疗中,能有效缓解水肿及疼痛,改善腰背部肌功能,且具有较好的安全性。Objective To analyze effect of combination therapy with cefoperazone hydrochloride and celecoxib in treatment of lower back myofasciitis.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with lower back myofasciitis in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with celecoxib only,while observation group with combination of etoperidone hydrochloride and celecoxib.Visual analogue scores(VAS scores),Oswestry dysfunction index scores(ODI scores),effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups at different time points before and after treatment.Results VAS scores and ODI scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group at 1 week and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).Excellent and good curative rate of observation group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%of control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole hydrochloride combined with celecoxib can effectively alleviate edema and pain,improve lumbar and dorsal muscle function of lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis,which has good safety.
