超声检查对结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的鉴别诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查对结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法筛选本院在2021年5月—2022年8月收治的100例结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成普通组和研究组,每组50例。其中,普通组采取手术病理检查方案,研究组采取多普勒超声检查方案,比对两组患者诊断结果的准确率。结果研究组诊断准确率高于普通组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者的临床诊断,采取多普勒超声检查方案有较好的检查意义,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate and analyze application value of ultrasound examination in clinical diagnosis of patients with nodular goiter and thyroid cancer.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with nodular goiter and thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to August 2022,and divided them into control group and study group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Based on clinical examinations,control group was treated with surgical case examination scheme,while study group with Doppler ultrasound examination scheme.Accuracy of diagnostic results between two groups was compared.Results There was significant statistical difference in diagnostic accuracy between two groups based on comparison of examination results.Study group with Doppler ultrasound examination had more accurate diagnosis accuracy for nodular goiter combined with thyroid cancer,and comparison results showed significant statistical difference,P<0.05.Conclusion During clinical diagnosis of patients with nodular goiter and thyroid cancer,Doppler ultrasound examination scheme can achieve good diagnostic significance.
