医学饮食营养联合运动疗法对小儿肥胖患儿的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医学饮食营养联合运动疗法对小儿肥胖患儿的效果。方法选择2020年3月—2023年3月本院收治的小儿肥胖患儿88例为研究对象,并根据随机数表方式分为对照组(n=44,常规饮食联合运动疗法)与观察组(n=44,医学饮食营养联合运动疗法),比较两组患儿干预前后的体重、体质量指数、体脂肪百分比、腰臀比、血脂指标水平以及干预期间患儿肥胖相关风险事件发生率。结果干预后,观察组患儿体重、体质量指数、体脂肪百分比、腰臀比小于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C均低于对照组,而其HDL-C则高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预期间,观察组患儿肥胖相关风险事件发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肥胖患儿采用医学饮食营养联合运动疗法干预能减轻体重,改善体脂肪与血脂水平,并降低患儿肥胖相关风险事件的发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore intervention effect of medical diet nutrition combined with exercise therapy for on obese children.Methods The paper chose 88 pediatric obese children admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2023,and divided them into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44)randomly with combination of routine diet and exercise therapy.The weight,body mass,body fat percentage,waist hip ratio,blood lipid levels,and incidence of obesity related risk events during the intervention period were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,weight of observation group was,body weight was,body fat percentage was,and waist to hip ratio was,lower than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,TC,TG,and LDL-C in observation group was lower than control group,while HDL-C was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of obesity related risk events during the intervention period in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical dietary nutrition combined with exercise therapy intervention can reduce weight,improve body fat and blood lipid levels,and reduce incidence of obesity related risk events of obese children,which is worth promoting.
