真武汤与葶苈大枣泻肺汤在肺心病急性发作期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究在肺心病急性发作期中使用真武汤与葶苈大枣泻肺汤的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月本院收治的70例肺心病急性发作期患者进行研究,并按照随机分组法分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。其中,对照组在治疗中使用常规西药治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上加用真武汤与葶苈大枣泻肺汤,治疗后,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗效果明显更高,血气分析结果均明显更优,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺心病急性发作期,应用真武汤与葶苈大枣泻肺汤联合治疗,疗效显著。Objective To study effect of strengthening spleen-yang decoction and draba nemorosa and jujube purging lung decoction for pulmonary heart disease during the acute attack.Methods The paper chose 70 patients of pulmonary heart disease with acute exacerbation,and divided them into groups,35 cases in each group.Study group was treated with strengthening spleen-yang decoction and draba nemorosa and jujube purging lung decoction,while control group with routine Western medicine.Data between groups were compared.Results Curative effect of study group was significantly higher than control group,blood gas analysis results were significantly better,with P<0.05.Conclusion Strengthening spleen-yang decoction and draba nemorosa and jujube purging lung decoction can achieve ideal effect for pulmonary heart disease during acute attack.
