摘　　要：目的评价针对鼻出血的患者采用凉血止衄汤治疗的疗效。方法选取在本院接受治疗的50例鼻出血患者,通过电脑随机分组法分为观察组和参照组,每组25例。其中,参照组采用鼻内镜下双极电凝止血治疗,观察组在参照组的基础上联用凉血止衄汤,对比临床疗效。结果观察组患者的中医证候积分治疗后低于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从不良反应发生率对比来看,参照组的发生率高于观察组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻出血的患者使用凉血止衄汤治疗的效果显著。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of using Liangxue Zhixie Tang for the treatment of patients with nosebleeds.Methods Fifty patients who received treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a reference group using computer randomization.Different treatment methods were given to compare the clinical efficacy.Results The TCM syndrome score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group after treatment,The p-value is less than 0.05,and the treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group is higher than that of the reference group,If the p-value is less than 0.05,compared to the incidence of adverse reactions,the reference group has a higher incidence than the observation group,The p-value is less than 0.05.Conclusion The use of Liangxue Zhixie Tang has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with nosebleeds.
