个性化护理理念联合湿性敷料在糖尿病足患者换药中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化护理理念联合湿性敷料在糖尿病足患者换药中的效果。方法选取2020年3月—2022年10月本院收治的108例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,并依照护理方式的不同将患者分为研究组(n=54)和参比组(n=54)。其中,参比组采用常规护理联合湿性敷料,研究组采用个性化护理理念联合湿性敷料,对比两组患者的临床指标以及护理效果。结果研究组的住院时间、平均换药时间及创面完全愈合时间均短于参比组,同时研究组入院后换药总次数少于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理有效率高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病足患者换药中实施个性化护理理念联合湿性敷料,能够加快患者创面的恢复,且护理效果显著。Objective To analyzeap plication effect of individualized nursing concept combined with wet dressing in dressing change of patients with diabetes foot.Methods The paper chose 108 patients with diabetes foot admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to October 2022 as study subjects,and divided them study group(n=54)and reference group(n=54)according to the different nursing methods.Reference group was treated with with routine nursing combined with wet dressings,and study group with individualized nursing concept combined with wet dressings.Clinical indicators and nursing effect were compared between two groups.Results The length of stay,average dressing change time,and complete wound healing time of study group was shorter than control group.At the same time,total number of dressing changes in study group after admission was less than control group(P<0.05).Nursing effective rate of study group was 96.30%,higher than 85.19%of reference group.(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of individualized nursing concept and wet dressing can accelerate the recovery of wounds dressing change of patients with diabetes foot,with significant nursing effect.
