以现代化为导向的大学图书馆馆员能力建设实践与思考——以复旦大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会研究了进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化问题。大学图书馆现代化是大学现代化和中国式现代化的重要组成部分,馆员现代化是大学图书馆现代化的灵魂。通过梳理国内外大学图书馆馆员能力建设相关的理论与实践,结合复旦大学图书馆发展实际,从提升多元化能力、应用新技术能力、发展创新能力、强化团队协作能力以及培养人文素养等五个方面总结在馆员能力建设上所做的实践探索;未来复旦大学图书馆将以思想教育为引领、以终身学习为目标、以融合创新为重点、以国际视野为导向,聚焦馆员现代化能力建设,提高图书馆的竞争力,为中国式现代化的发展贡献智慧和力量。The 20th CPC Central Committee's Third Plenary Session studied further the comprehensive deepening of reforms and the advancement of Chinese-style modernization,imposing greater demands on the modernization of the higher education.As the hub of teaching,learning and research of higher education,academic libraries play their due role in promoting the construction of Chinese-style modernization,and to modernize from the librarians is of high priority.By sorting out the relevant theories and practices of the competency development of academic librarians at home and abroad,it is found that the current literature mainly focuses on two aspects:one is the transformation of librarians' roles,represented by the new requirements for librarians' competencies and the shift of librarians' priorities;the other is the emergence of new types of librarians and the stress on competency development and personnel training system among academic librarians.Based on the literature review,combined with the evolving situation of Fudan University Library in recent years,this paper elaborates on the exploration and practice in the development of librarian competencies from five aspects.(1) To enhance diversified capabilities by appointing librarians as graduate mentors,conducting systematic onboarding training and providing librarians with professional training opportunities.(2) To improve the ability to apply new technologies through a series of lectures and seminars to enhance librarians' technical literacy and empowering librarians with data thinking by launching cross-units working groups to collaboratively develop the Smart Library Digital Base,improving the library's data service.(3) To develop innovation capabilities with instructional programs such as seminars,lectures as well as domestic and international conferences,collaborating with public libraries and research institutions on research projects.(4) To strengthen team collaboration skills by organizing team-building activities,such as Chief Librarian Award to recognize those wi
