摘 要:为提高磷石膏综合利用率,实现磷石膏大量消纳,开展以磷石膏、粉煤灰、水泥为原材料制备磷石膏基充填材料的研究。考察充填料质量分数、磷石膏掺量、粉煤灰掺量对浆体流动度、流变性能、泌水率、凝结时间以及充填体无侧限抗压强度的影响。根据充填体工作性能、强度以及经济指标得到优化配比为:充填材料质量分数75%、磷石膏掺量75%、粉煤灰掺量20%,该配比下流动度205 mm,泌水率4.5%,凝结时间为3 d,硬化体28 d强度4.1 MPa,可以满足充填材料的工作性能和矿山充填强度要求。In order to improve the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum and achieve large-scale consumption of phosphogypsum,the preparation research of phosphogypsum based flling materials using phosphogypsum,fly ash and cement as raw materials is conducted.The effects of filling material mass fraction,phosphogypsum content and fly ash content on the fluidity,rheological properties,bleeding rate,setting time and unconfined compressive strength of the flling materials are investigated.Based on the working performance,strength and economic indicators of the filling materials,the optimized ratio is 75% mass fraction of the filling material,75%content of phosphogypsum and 20% content of fly ash.Under this ratio,the flow ability is 205 mm,the bleeding rate is 4.5%,the setting time is 3 days,and the strength of the hardened body after 28 days is 4.1 MPa,which can fully meet the working performance of the filling material and the mining flling strength.
