加味黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚弱型糖尿病胃轻瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚弱型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的62例2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为两组各31例。两组患者均予西药控制血糖,对照组另予多潘立酮片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上联合加味黄芪建中汤治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组患者治疗前后的胃轻瘫主要症状指数量表(gastroparesis cardinal symptom index,GCSI)、BMI及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率87.10%,对照组总有效率54.84%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后两组患者GSCI临床症状评分、BMI较治疗前均有改善(P﹤0.05),且治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:加味黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚弱型糖尿病胃轻瘫具有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods:62 cases of eligible patients with type 2 diabetes-caused gastroparesis were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.At the first,blood sugar was controlled with western medicine in both groups;then,the control group was treated with oral domperidone tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated continuously for one month.Gastroparesis Cardinal Symptom Index(GCSI),BMI,and clinical efficacy of patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.10%,while that of control group was 54.84%.And the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment in both groups,the clinical symptom score of GSCI and BMI of patients were improved compared with before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the improvement degree of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on diabetic gastroparesis with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach is better.
