摘 要:目的 分析数字X线摄影系统(digital radiography,DR)在检查颈椎病患者中的影像学表现,为临床诊疗提供一定的影像学依据。方法 选取2020年5月—2022年9月在清远市清新区人民医院接受数字化X线摄影检查的88例颈椎病患者为分析对象,对其椎管表现、椎间隙、椎体情况等进行详细观察,对数字化X线摄影检查的影像学表现及检查结果进行分析。结果 采用数字化X线摄影对颈椎病患者进行检查,检出率为55.68%。该检查下的影像学表现主要有椎体间不稳(28.41%)、椎体不稳(9.09%)、椎间孔变窄(6.82%)、椎小关节不稳(2.27%)、阻滞椎(2.27%)、骨质疏松(1.14%)。结论 在临床诊断颈椎病时,应用数字化X线摄影检查能够将颈椎病的椎体间不稳、骨质增生、椎间孔变窄等的各种影像学征象清晰地显示出来。颈椎正侧位片数字化X线摄影检查的基本方法必要时需辅以张口位、双斜位等以及磁共振成像技术,以进一步提高颈椎病临床诊断的可靠性。Objective To analyze imaging manifestations of Digital Radiography(DR)system in examining cervical spondylosis patients,and provide some certain imaging basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The paper chose 88 patients with cervical spondylosis with digital radiography in Qingyuan City Qingxin District People's Hospital from May 2020 to September 2022 as analysis objects,and observed spinal canal manifestations,intervertebral spaces,vertebral body conditions,etc.in detail,and analyzed imaging manifestations and examination results of digital radiography examination.Results Detection rate of digital radiography for cervical spondylosis patients was 55.68%,and imaging manifestations of the examination mainly included intervertebral instability(28.41%),vertebral instability(9.09%),intervertebral foramen narrowing(6.82%),vertebral facet joint instability(2.27%),vertebral block(2.27%),and osteoporosis(1.14%).Conclusion Digital radiography can display various imaging signs of cervical spondylosis,including intervertebral instability,bone hyperplasia,and narrowing of intervertebral foramen clearly in clinical diagnosis of cervical spondylosis,cervical right lateral position is basic method of digital radiography,open mouth position,double oblique position,and magnetic resonance imaging technology should be assited if necessary,to further improve reliability of clinical diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.
